Hi,
My employer filed labour and its approved. They have given me the priority date as 22-JAN-2008 . upon approval of labour, they have filed my I140 on march . I have some doubt :
1. How long normally it takes to approve I140 ?
2. Since I have my priority date , can I change my employer and new employer can change my priority date..? if so, what all documents required by my new employer to start ?
3. upon approval of I140, I will apply for I485.. How long it will take to have EAD . ?
