Hi, I have filed I-140 and 485 in July 2008, however my I-140 is still pending for approval. Can I change job now? If I change job now, what documents do I need to submit? what are the consequences for doing this and how does it affect the I-140 and 485 process? I read that if I-140 is approved and if I-485 is filed before 180 days, then its okay to change the jobs under AC21 portability, however, do not know about the pending I-140 case. Please suggest. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Not recommended until I140 gets approved though it is possible.
