I-140 denied

Hi:
One of my friends is in his 7 year extension H1-B. His I-140 has been rejected. What is the best thing for him to do now? Can he transfer his H1-B to some other employer?

I-140 denied

My friend's I-140 is also denied recently. The attorney is working on that right now and going to send some more documents to prove the financial ability of the company. Let us wait and see what will happen after that.
