I-140 question urgent

My Labor is approved and my I-140 has been filed under EB3 category. I have MS degree from USA but since the job requirements were of EB3 category the company filed in EB3. Since filing I got promoted and now the job requiremtns are different and more advanced. Can I bumop up my I-140 to EB2 category?

That means your approved labor and I140 are invalid if the job has changed. Talk to your immigration lawyer. You may have to get a new labor and new I140 approved if you want EB@.

You cannot just bump it up.
