IMP -1-140 Proessing Time (EB5 - skilled Professional - VSC)

Friends,

I applied for the I-140 on 23 Nov 2003... with a receipt date of Dec 8th... I have a labor certification based GC, what is the priority date for me? The LC was filled on Jan 12th 2003.. the center is processing the cases for March 28th 2003.. when should I expect my approval? If the priority date is the date when labor was filled then the should get my i-140 cleared soon

Also, I filled for consular processing. Anyone knows how much time does it take to get the GC this way? Does this impact the time-line for i-140?

Priority date is the date when your labor certificate was received by SESA.
