W2 and I140 Issue

Can Anybody please explain me.

here is my case details

My labour got cleared last month and my lawyer needed W2 to apply for I140.

my salary mentioned while filing for labour is less than what i earned last years( as shown on W2).

Will this difference in salary has the chances of my I140 getting rejected.

I would really appreciate any information regarding this.

As long as your wages are more than prevailing wages in your area, you would be fine.
