Hi,
I would appreciate if someone responds quickly; I got my labor approved two days ago (FYI: from VSC and it took 20 months) and I am in the process of applying for I-140/1-485/EAD. My question is presently my wife is in India and she may not join me until end of this year, can I include her name in 140/485 without having medical examinations done for her? can I resubmit them after wards once she comes here? is there a way to do it India, I heard for CP this can be done but I am not sure in regular processing (i.e. without CP)?
What if I submit for me everything at present and include my wife at later point of time with all the required documents? will it delay the process?
Concerning above situation which method is better either concurrent processing better or going individually? please advice
