Hi,
My employer recently filed for my I-140 and then I lost my project. So, my employer wouldn't file for my I-485 until I get another project and I've only H-1 VALIDITY till MAY'2004. I'm in real predicament.
So, is it possible to change job and find a new employer and continue my GC Process from I-140 or is it mandatory to go through Labour process through the new employer? I don't have time for going through the Labour process.
Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.
