I-140 Progressive Work Experience

My attorney received a RFE from INS Vermont saying the progressive work experience evidence I provided are not good enough and they need detailed ones. The experience letters I provided were showing progressive work experiences, though not in detail. Please advice me to solve this. I can get the required letters but I am not sure of the format. Please provide some information.

My case was EB2+RIR ( BS+5 )

I have one more question. What if we go to EB3 category ? Can we do that ? Can the attorney ask INS to approve this in EB3 ? Please advice

my i-140 was denied for the reason that the education docs from an accredited college in uSA showed I have an equivalent of a BA degree based on at least 2 years of college and another 2 based on experience. which is not true. i graduated 5 years college education abroad , which countsfor at least 4 years in usa... without any need for work experience. I fille dthe motion to re-open based on this new evidence, sustained with the new letter from the accredited college in usa (showing the mistake they made)

the uscis office had the original college docs and also the english transcrpit, but they didn't bother to consider so they simply denied my i -140.

i'm waiting to see what decision they will take.

I got RFE on my sub-labor I140 filing . RFE reads as

"Pls submit evidence demonstrating that the beneficiary's past experience has been progressive in nature . Evidence should show how the duties performed have advanced in complexity and responsibility and that the beneficiary has also acquired an increased level of knowledge in order to perform those duties "
