My employer applied my I-140 in May 2002 under EB31 category. It's already past due and I am still waiting for the approval. My employer has done a status enquiry recently. Does anybody know the reason for delay?
Another thing, my Interim EAD is expiring in March 2004. I will apply an extension in Nov 2003. Can I continue working even if I do not get my extension EAD before my current EAD expires. Can I go to Federal Plaza on the 91st day from the notice date and request another interim EAD.
