Hi,
I am going to apply for I-140 & I-485 concurrently.(also for my spouse who is on H1-B but his 6 yr quota will be over in March-2004).Once we get our EAD(s) which I assume is around 90 days (Vermont Service Center) can he work and stay in this country coz the I-140 will take a longer time to get approved.
