My attorney applied in March/02 for I-140 in VCS, Now on July,24 we have received that I may not qualify for EB2 from INS and to move to EB3. I have 3 years degree and One Year Diplomo + 11 Years of Experience. Do any one know this is not good for EB2? or Any body had the same problem?
