    Company buy out..what happens to I140...help please.

    My Company was bought by another one just after filing for I 140. What happens now, do I have to re-apply for
    I-140, or I can go for some amendment after I 140 approval...Is the Labor Approval yet valid...

    The labor is still valid.
    U will have to refile I-140.
