Why VCS dates not moving

Hi,

VCS dates are not updated since 4th Feb. Any one know why its not moving. (CSC, TSC, NSC are updated twice after that.)

Any one has received approval for I-140 filed in 3rd week of Jan-2002.

Adding to the above question, my I140 was applied in Feb first week, but till now I have not received my EAC notice. But my employer says that the check to INS was cancelled mid of March. Can any one advise me what to do next? Is there anything to worry? Should I wait little more or call INS? How is the processing time with INS Vermont?
