Hi,
My original birth certificate was in Punjabi & my name was mispelled. When I went to obtain a translation from the local muncipal office the clerk refused to put the correct name on the translation.He said that I should obtain an affadivit indicating a name change. I have obtained that. Will these 2 documents be enough or do I have to do something else ?
