    Can employer withdraw approved Labor & I-140 ?

    My Labor & I-140 has been approved but, I need to change my employer. So my question is can my employer withdraw my I-140 & Labor application if I leave them, which I do not want to happen as my priority date is very near.

    Any help will be highly appreciated.
