IMMIHELP - Travel when I140 in process?

Assuming I have a valid L1 or H1 visa, once I have filed I140 can I travel outside the US while it's in process?

Excellent, I assume then that it is when filing I485 that one needs to request Advance Parole to travel abroad.

Even after filing I-485, if you are on valid non-immigrant visa and have NOT used EAD, you don't need Advanced parole and enter back into US on that non-immigrant visa.

I am on post graduation OPT and my employer has applied for H1 and it is approved by USCIS. I am traveling to India to get it stamped in October.

However, My husband's GC Priority date has become current and his 485 will be filed in November. My name will be added to application. Will it be a problem if I travel to India in this situation. and especially when I am getting my Visa Stamped?
