I have approved I-140 with priority of 09/01/97(EB-3).Now I am considering another job opp,my question will be how do I retain that priority date.
When I contacted one layer,he mentioned that I need get the original I 140 approved copy. Is that true or is there any other way of retaining the priority date.I have a copy not the original copy. In reality how is it possible to get original copy from employer?
