Urgent -- I140 got rejected

My I140 came back today from INS with a comment that i have only a 3 year degree. I have a 1 year Post gradute diploma which i guess ins is not counting. Earlier when i had applied for H1 & i got it and is working for the last 1 year. The degree evaluation company had evaluated my degrees to be equivalent to a US bechlors degree.
Can my H1 which is valid until may 2002 also be revoked?

H1 and 140

H1 should not be cancelled because of denied 140. It is 2 different purpose. Maybe you can try to reapply with an EB3 or challenge the decision
