EB2 or EB3

I need some clarifications on I-140.
I have been approved for EB2 but after looking at posts in this board, now I am not sure if what has been approved is right.

My LCA states Min. Edu. needed is Master's Degree, Min. Experience needed is 2yrs. At the same there are some comments in special requirements that states
1. Experience can be gained concurrently with experience requirement in item 14.
2. Employer will accept BS+2 in lieu of Master's Degree.

Does this actually satisfy the requirement for EB2?
If not should I go back and change my I140 to EB3?

It is BS+5 years to equal to Masters and not BS+2.

Since I have already been approved for EB2 should I change it to EB3 to be on the safer side?

As far as I know it should be ok. Better check with your attorney.

Thanks for the replies. My attorney's attitude is more like they
approved I140 so everything is fine and they cannot reject 485
later.

same case as mine

Yours is exactly the same case as mine. Following is the twist in my story.
I got the RFE and my lawyer was little skeptic so asked them to approve I-140 in EB3(PD 24Feb97). But now I140 is approved in EB2. My lawyer is skeptic again and saying that it is a mistake by INS so we need ammended I140 approval. He claims to have some cases who received notice from INS for mistaken I140s after one year of I485 application. So we are just sitting. H1 expires in July. Opted for CP Delhi.

Well looks at least I got some company. LogTimer please keep in touch and let me know how things go I am thinking of going the CP way too though I still have about 2yrs left on my H1.
