    I140 status

    My I140 was filed on NSC on Sept 2000. All my friends who filed in EB2 and EB3 after than received their approval.

    My application was filled on EB2. My qualification is bachelors and 8 yrs experience.

    I spoke with NSC and they said the application is "process pending" What does that mean

    Any advise.
