I-140 Approved? Or Not?

My application was submitted in Feb.00, but I still didn't get any approval notice. However, my attoney informed me that he got notice from National Visa Centre stating my priority date is not current, and the only reason he got that is my I-140 was approved. Is this the right assumption? Why National Visa Centre send notice to my attoney? Is that mean I have to go through CP? How to get through INS? My attoney sent letter to INS but never got response.

Please help me and share your expeerice and knowledge.

If your attorney got the notice then tell him to send you a copy of approval notice. You will get approval notice even if it is from NVC or not.

Call Service Center to Confirm

I hate to point out the obvious. However, you
can always call the service Center (hopefully
you have your case number) and find out the
status of your case.
