Hi Folks,
I have already posted this question on LC forum, but thought you people are more experienced and may have answer to my question.
My ER2/RIR labor certification was filed from Phili on 8/7 under DOT code 189.167-010. Couple of guys who had applied much later than me from my office got their labor cleared, however DOT code used for them was 030.162-014. I'm really concered about it as I do not have too many days left to complete 6 years on H1B.
Anyone has info' related to imapct of DOT code? Is the code used in my case good, bad or this code does not really matter for labor clearance.
