I had my LC and I-140 approved from Comp A.
I still have one more year left on my H1.
My PD is Nov 98.
If i join company B now, can i extend my 6 year limit based on the previous I-140 from company A?
If, company B, has an employer who had his LC & I-140 complete, and was laid off, can i utilise his LC & I-140 with his PD or with my PD ?
