I need some help here.
When my wife applied for H4 visa, I had already applied for LC. But my wife checked the box which says "No Intention for Immigrant Visa" in visa applicaiton.
I am waiting for I 140. I have already included her name in the appliacation.
do you think, her visa application which says "No intention for Immigrant visa" can cause a problem for her green card application.?
