Hello,
I am going to apply for I-140/485 soon. Problem is that one of documents required to be submitted is I-94 card. And my wife's I-94 has one last letter missing when compared to her passport.
Would it be any problem when I-140 is filed?
How can I correct this mistake? I probably can go outside the US and thus get new I-94 card for my wife when returning. But is there any other way to correct the name in I-94?
