Hey Gurus,
I am preparing documents for filling of I-140 I. Well, the situation with me is that I am unable to trace the company or any of my co-worlers I worked with 4 years back. As per my attorney I can submit affidavit of untracablility for I-140 myself.
Could U guys let me know at what stage in the process I-140/I-485 does ins verify previous employment leters? I donot have W2 or paystubs.
Is it ok to submit the affidavit or am I looking at an RFE? Pls. respond as I am confused and worried.
