    Is this possible???

    I live in a state under the jurisdiction of the CSC but my lawyers filed my I 140 application in VSC. Their explanations is given below. Is this possible???

    "All of 'my companies'(immigrants and nonimmigrant) are filed in Vermont due to the approved petition filed by 'my company' to file all petitions in Vermont"

    Yes it's possible. A company can apply to ellect a service center to take jurisdiction of all their cases regardless of their physical work location.

      I am wandering what are the requirements for getting an approval to process I-140 at a different service center than where one is curently works.
