    Hi Friends, My I-140 is Approved in EB3, Can I Re-file it on EB2.

      don't refile

      I wouldn't, most priority dates including India and China will become current this month! So just hang in there and wait, it'll take you more time to refile. Also EB3 are being as fast or even faster than EB2s in some processing centers.
