Applying For I140

Hi Guys, Please answer this simple question.

I am applying for I140 For CP At Chennai. My attorney says, you do not have to sign any document. He took all my financial information (W2'S, Recent 3 Months Paystubbs, I-94, Marriage Certificate etc).

Do I have to sign any document or not..?

I-140 is signed by an employer. Not by you. Attorney is right.
