NSC phone number

Hi,

I have been trying to call NSC for many days and get their number busy all the time. Is there any other way to contact NSC? My lawer has sent I-140 application on 26th of October and I haven't received receipt for the same. I need to know the LIN number so that I can track my case through AVM.
Please help.
