hi,
I am in a bad situation . I filed my 140/485 through 1 company on future employment based. my 140 cleared on 2005 & from then waiting on 485 . Few days back INS called me for interview ,i went with my company lawyer . There i found shock of my life , immi people told me that my employer REVOKED MY I-140 on mid of 2007. the company never informed me on this ?
Can some one advice me what are my options & ways to continue my green card

When was the 485 filed? When was the I140 revoked? Talk to a lawyer. You should have informed about AC21 usage with your current employer. If the I140 was revoked prior to your 485 filing, you are out of luck.

hi thanks for the update . 140 is revoked on 2007 . my 485 is filed on 2005 .
am looking for a lawyer , the lawyer from the company which filed my GC is not giving much direction .Any suggestions on good lawyer
