Urgent Help - reg I140

Hello ,
I need a huge help,

I got my I 140 approved and just waiting for the GC to become current. I got laid off, so planning to move to a different company, Can anyone suggest a good company who can transfer GC and H1 , so that I dont have to loose my PD.

If my previous employer cancels my I 140 can I transfer Priority dates when I reapply?

Would appreciate your earliest reply.

Please mention couple of companies who can sponsor H1 and GC.

P.S my GC is EB2 I did my masters here.

PD can be captured from labor or I140 and revoke of I140 has got nothing to do with PD capture.
