Planing to Change the Company (I140 Approved). Pls Help.

Hi

I'm on H1B my current Company applied for GC and got my Labor and I140 approved on Aug'08. My PD is August 2007. I'm waiting for my PD to apply 485. I have 1 year 7 month left for my 6 years on H1B. But suddenly My company got INS raid and It is currently under USCIS Investigation. This i came to know that New H1B application, H1B Transfer are rejected by INS recently. Some of my company employees(H1B Transfer) are asked to goback to their previous employeer. It looks like they are in trouble. But my employer says this is bcoz of Economic crisis.

So what to do to make myself safe.

1. Should I wait in this company till hat happends next.

2. I got an offer from anther company who is willing to do H1B transfer.

3. What shoud I do (in GC) If I move to anther company.

Not only to my above question, please suggest me some advise and experience.

What is the audit from USCIS for?

Find another employer, move out and have them file another labor and capture the PD of previous labor and I140.
