which one is the the received date?
Can some body please tell me which is the real received date.here is the case:
USCIS received my applications(I-140 and I-485)in july27 2007 wich it shows in the I-797 notice of action(Notice of action is september 20 2007) ,but in my online case status ,it says the folowing :In september 19 2007 we received this case...
Regarding the processing time frame,do i have to start counting since the actual receiving date wich is july 27 2007 when applications arrived at the texas service center or since the received date shows online which is september 19 2007.
