H1B extended based on I-140 approval, Is it possible to change to new employer?

Dear All

Recently, I have extended my H1B visa with the help of appoved I-140 for another three year. Now I am planning to quit the current employer and transfer my H1B to new employer. Is it possible?.

FYI : I entered into 7th year in US.

Please help.
