Hi,
My I140 and I485 were applied concurrently in July 2007 under EB3. Got an RFE and was answered on Oct 17, 2008. The online status says that the case processing has resumed and a decision will be given in 60 days, which has passed already. I heard from some friends that they got their I140 approved within few days of answering RFE.
My question is, is it normal that it takes more than 60 days after answering RFE even though they say in online status?
