I-140 filling, technical questions

I am self filing in NIW category as a researcher with advanced degree.I have following questions-

1. Do I print I-140 on back to back pages or on separate pages?

2. It is essential to fill in section 6?Can I just say "Job offer not required" as it is true by rules for NIW?

2. Can I use fasteners to tie up entire petition?
