Hi,
I am currently awaiting I-140 approval. I have exhausted my H1-B quota and my employer's lawyers are awaiting my I-140 approval to file for my H1B extension.
1. Can you please advise me on whether I can change my employer after my I-140 is approved? If yes, what would be the right time to do so?
2. Can I switch to F1 (student visa) after the I-140 approval? If yes, what would be the right time?
My nationality is India and I am on the EB3 category.
