I-140 Approved - Good news - Bad News

My I-140 got approved yesterday and today i found out that my company got accquired by another company. Do i need to worry about anything. Is there any documents that i (my attorney ) will have to file with INS ? This merger will be finished by end of 1st Quarter.

If there is no paper work required, can i take up another job (2nd job) and start working on EAD with my original company and 2nd job with another company?

Depends on how the merger/sale was handled.
