What happens if at my old job I applied for GC and labor was cleared, however, due to economic problems I am forced to change company but in the meanwhile my six years on H1B expired. Does that mean I have to go back to India permanently or I can get H1b extensions based on my old labor clearance. Any help is appreciated.
