Hi All,
I filled my I140 and I485 together in July 2007, using labor substitution. I got my EAD but still I140 is pending.It almost 1 year i am waiting for the I140 approval.
I heard that we cant go for premium I140 processing in case of labor substitution.
Case is peding in Texas center and moved from Nebraska.
Is there way i can talk to USCIS and get the status of my case or Is my attorney can do anything abt this?
