    I140 - Pending

    Hi,

    My Labor is approved with priority date Feb 2008 and I-140 was applied in July 2008. I-140 is still pending. I got the layoff, I want to change my current job. Can I retain my priority date or I have to wait till my I-140 is approved.

    Please help me.
