What is the procedure to change employer with approved labor and I140 while old employer has no intention to revoke 140.

Do you have a 485 pending? Does the old employer intend to sponsor the GC still?

No special procedure to follow unless you are worried about GC.

485 is not yet applied..Applied for 140 and got approved..Yes old employer still maintains it..If i change employer can I use my old 140 status?

It is not clear if you want to use the PD from your I140 or to use it for your GC. Use your old 140 status? What does this mean? Be clear in what you are wanting to do or get.
