change from company "A"to company "C" by using I-140 of company"B"

HI

I am currently working with company "A" and my "H1B" with 6 years validity is getting expire by August 2009,
I have applied GC(EB2) with company "B" and I-140 got approved a weeks ago.
So, now Can i apply/transfer my H1B extension(3 yrs) with company "C" that using of company "B" I-140 approval notice.
