Hi, everyone,
Just want to know ur opinion on our situation. Back in Aug of 08 we received notice from NSC with intend to deny our I-140 based on employers ability to pay. Our lawers CPA wrote the letter explaining that company's accountant made a mistake in a tax return by showing current liabilities too high and long term liabilities too low. And if take that into consideration company is able to pay my husband's wage.
So, do you think that CPA's letter is strong reason for INS to reconsider?
Thanks in advance
