I140 Deined

Hi,

My I140 got denied 2 days before. My case is labor substitution case.

The reason USCIS gave was , not having US bachelorette degree or equivalent foreign degree.

I did my MCA ( Master of computer application) in India.

My lawyer is saying , we can file an appeal on this case.

Did any one come across this kind of issue ?

Did any one got the approval in this case?

Please help.
