My approved labor certification requires a 4-year degree in Food Science or foreign equivalent, and 2-year work experience in the field. My Bachelor's degree is biology but I have Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Food cience specialization in Dairy Technology. Can I include my Master's and Ph.D. degrees in the I-140 application?
