My H1B visa end date is like 2010 April and this was my last (6th) year and now I got my I-140 approved.My questions are ....

Can I apply for my H1B extension this year and before my visa end date?
Which US Consulate (Canada,Mexico,Bahamas) is best for H1B stamping?
How can I know the I 485 priority date?

1. 6 months before the I-94 end date is when your employer can apply for an extension.
2. Your choice.
3. Look at http://www.immihelp.com/greencard/visa-bulletin.jsp to find the PD from DOS. A new one should be coming out this week.
