I-140 premium processing

Hi txh1b,
Does USCIS still accept premium processing of I-140 for EB1A category at the current time. I am not on a sixth year H-1B. Can I still apply? I read in the forums that USCIS a lot of times does RFE when you apply through premium processing.

if I do get an RFE, does that hamper my subsequent chances of getting an I-140 approved

If your case is genuine, you have nothing to worry about. There is no such rule that PP gets a RFE.
